My Process

Business needs: Learn company goals, success metrics, and competitors.
Understand Users: Find out what users need, what frustrates them, and what motivates them.
Research & Analyze: Turn research into clear user personas and scenarios that show how the product fits into their lives.
Explore Designs: Create and share design ideas that meet both user and business needs. Get feedback early.
Prototype: Build quick prototypes to validate design assumptions.
Test with users: Test prototypes internally, then with real users.
Iterate: Use feedback to refine the design until it works well.
Deliver: Work closely with developers throughout the process and provide detailed mockups.
Evaluate & Improve: After launch, track performance and user feedback.
