Home Explorer is a mobile app that helps real estate agents manage clients and boost productivity. It lets agents easily communicate, share listings, and track interactions. The app addresses common challenges like staying organized, responding quickly, and building trust with clients. Designed for the Vancouver market, it also considers buyers’ needs, such as neighborhood quality, schools, and investment potential. Home Explorer streamlines the agent-client experience for better results.

My PM and I interviewed real estate agents to learn about their motivation, needs, and pain points. We also discovered the needs of the home buyers as well. The goal was to understand how agents and buyers interact with each other and what features would be most valuable in the app.

Solution

I designed a streamlined, user-friendly interface that empowers both agents and home buyers to manage their real estate journey in one place. The experience centers around five key screens. This design reduces friction, increases visibility, and supports both casual and power users through personalized tools and premium options.
