Home Explorer is a mobile app designed to help real estate agents manage their clients more effectively and maximize their earnings. The app provides a platform for agents to communicate with clients, share listings, and track client interactions. Real estate agents face significant hurdles in efficiently managing a large client base. Timely communication is crucial for gaining clients' trust. In 2018, foreign buyers were a notable segment of the Vancouver housing market. Buyers, both local and foreign, were interested in the quality of neighborhoods, top-rated schools, proximity to jobs, and the potential for property value appreciation. Home Explorer was designed to address these challenges by providing a user-friendly platform for agents to manage their client interactions and listings. The app was intended to streamline communication and enhance the overall client experience.
